Join me for a weekend of yoga and rejuvenation, you are invited to let go of daily pressures and come immerse yourself in nature, yoga, and deep relaxation.

Retreats are held at two different locations:
Within the Macedon Ranges at a cute Girl Guides camp surrounded by forest. Minda Killara girl guides are just outside the town of Riddels Creek and 50 km from Melbourne. There are many walking tracks to enjoy nature. There are often sightings of Kangaroos and once we saw a koala!
Accommodation is in shared dorms with 2-3 people in each room. Couples will have their own room.

Anglesea Valley Lodge is a spacious Campsite situated approx. 1.5 hours out of Melbourne and a 45min drive from Anglesea beach. It is fitted with a commercial kitchen, large dining area, and a lounge to chill out and chat in free time.
Everyone will get a private room.
Some rooms have en-suites and will be arranged on a first-in best-dressed basis and couples getting preference for double beds.
There is heating throughout to keep you warm in winter.
On one side of the property is a forest and the other a peaceful vista of fields.

Kerala Yoga Retreat with Shuddha (India)

Experience Incredible India for a true authentic Yoga and Ayurveda Retreat!

8 nights 7 days Yoga retreat with the option of an additional week tour down the coast of Kerala.

This retreat will be held post Covid-19 in the months or May/June.

A unique opportunity to live within the Keralan jungle countryside, surrounded my nature. Receive Ayurvedic Herbal Massage daily, relax and unwind with Yoga, Breathing, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. There is a dam located just outside the residence where you can swim every day. There are often sightings of wild Elephants in this area.

Space
The retreat will be held in the Keralan Jungle. The accommodation is in a private house with 3 rooms, a shared common area, kitchen, dining and balcony. The area is surrounded by waterways and you can go swimming in the dam in your free time.

There will be opportunities to walk along the waterways and in the forest to enjoy nature.

This location is unique in that it is away from the busyness of India’s tourist areas.

Accommodation is in shared rooms with 2 people in each room. Couples will have their own room.

Food
Delicious local vegetarian and vegan meals will be lovingly prepared by our Keralan cook. Please let us know if you have special dietary requirements. There will be gluten free options available.

Optional additional week tour

After our retreat there is an option to travel with me down the coast where you will have the opportunity to:

• Experience a relaxing backwaters cruise along Kerala’s winding water ways. This is a 24 hr cruise on a house boat with a chef on board to cater for you.

• Beach time! We will spend a few days in Varkala where you will have time to swim and tan on the beach, go shopping, eat delicious food and much more!

• Visit to Sivananda Ashram Neyyar Dam. We will finish our tour with 3 days at the Sivananda Ashram which is located 2 hours from Varkala and 1 hour from Trivandrum Airport. The daily schedule includes 2 meditation and chanting sessions, 2 yoga classes, 1 hour Karma Yoga and an hour Yoga talk. You will have the opportunity to swim in the Dam across from the ashram. Reservation
Places are limited to 6 people. The investment for the Yoga retreat (one week) is $1350 which covers airport pick up, accommodation, food, daily yoga, meditation, deep relaxation, massage and all activities throughout the retreat.

The investment for the Yoga retreat and Kerala tour is $2200

The Kerala tour includes all accommodations, meals, transport, backwaters cruise and ashram stay.

Travel
You will need to arrange your airfares to arrive in Kochi (Cochin International Airport). We will arrange a pick up from the airport. If you would like to travel with someone from the group contact me to arrange this.

Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Dharamshala with Shuddha (India)

Be in the Himalayas in India for a true experience of yoga and meditation. Walk with the Tibetan monks in the streets. Circumambulate His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s main temple who is the leader of Mahayana Tibetan Buddhism.

Wake up in this holy place with a view of snow capped mountains, surrounded by beautiful forest.

The retreat will be held in Gallu a quiet, peaceful region with magnificent views of the Himalayas. During your stay you will be able to relax and unwind with Yoga, Breathing, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. Take walks in the mountains, take a small trek to the nearby waterfalls, visit His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s temple, Tibetan museum, Tibetan Library and have free time to go shopping.

On the middle day of our retreat we will have free time and the option to trek to the nearby waterfalls. We will also take time to visit the Dalai Lamas temple in Mc Leod Ganj.

Space
You will be staying in Gallu an area above the tourist area in the mountains.

There are a selection of rooms available all classes will be held in the Yoga and Meditation hall.
The guest house has amazing views of the valley, mountains and forest.
Tea shops, restaurants, small fruit and veg markets and small grocery shops are a short rickshaw ride away by in case you need anything during your stay.

Food
The guest house has its own cafe where you can experience Indian or Continental cuisine. When we are on an excursion your lunch or dinner will be paid for.

Travel
You will need to arrange your airfares to arrive in Kangra Airport (This is the nearest airport to Dharamsala). If you are an experienced traveller you can get the overnight AC bus from New Delhi to Mc Leod Ganj.
